“I am so very grateful to the whole team at In Memory of Life for how they handled my Father's cremation - with respect, kindness, gentleness, dignity and professionalism. From the friendly, clear and helpful emails to the actual service itself - every step was personalised and done in a very very caring way. Although I hope I never have to go through this again, if I do, I would certainly choose In Memory of Life to help me with it.”

“Kate and the team were amazing. Kate kept me up to date with everything, was very thorough with the queries we had and made the whole process of having to arrange a funeral so much easier. Bob the celebrant and Dean, the conductor were lovely. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending In Memory Of Life to anyone.”

“M.O.L. were extremely helpful with every detail of the funeral. Advising and guiding us all the way, they even found us a perfect venue for the reception. Megan Kate and Katelyn responded quickly, professionally and sympathetically to all our queries and John attended the funeral to provide valuable assistance on the day. Nick the director called me back immediately when I called out of office hours. I particularly liked the way M.O.L. Handled all aspects of the funeral where directors used previously have asked us to contact the various agencies concerned .They organised everything, even the flowers and gave us one invoice at the end. I would definitely use them in the future and recommend them to anyone else. They made an emotional and difficult process as easy as possible and we were extremely grateful to everyone involved”

“My dad hated funerals ,however the celebration of life service performed was amazing ,nothing was to much trouble without a big price tag . This service amazed everyone and made us smile I can only praise the team and will recommend them as the only funeral I've ever attended that lifted our hearts . Nothing was to much trouble for them and the calm way they explained everything was spot on ,no surprises in cost this company made our day perfectly made for my dad as a ladies man at 92 he definitely would approve at a service made just for him ,thank you again”

“I can't praise 'In Memory of Life' more. I had absolutely no idea about planning a funeral but Harriet and Megan were there for me from start to finish. Either on the other end of the phone or by 'WhatsApp' messaging. Everything I asked for they did their best to accommodate, always taking my feelings into consideration. They put me in contact with a celebrant who was amazing. Such a lovely man who gave a beautiful Eulogy of my mum and put me and my brother at ease about the whole order of service. Being there on the day overseeing and supporting us through our grief. Also I have to mention Don and Alex who looked after us on the morning from cups of tea, sorting flowers,viewing mum and making sure our journey to and from the crematorium went to schedule. Thank you so much 'In Memory of life'.❤️ xx”

“Harriet was outstanding, a credit to her profession. I wanted a 'Mom & Pop' funeral director, but Harriet's bedside manner from the get go was amazing, and her planning and attention to detail was spot on. She was genuine and this came across on the phone and Whatsapp. The funeral went exactly to plan, and she helped with a last minute webcast too. I could not recommend enough everyone at IMOL. I have no siblings and have never orgainsied a funeral before, so thank you again for all your help and trust. James Connelly.”

“Kate was our liaison person and from the moment we spoke on the first day I knew that we were in safe and kind hands. Kate took so much time to get to know us and what we wanted and gently guided us through the many decisions we needed to make. They organised taking finger prints for necklaces, clothing collection and help with all the decisions and processes we had to deal with. On the day Brian was our conductor and he was so professional, kind and calm. He made difficult day run smoothly and beautifully and everyone commented on what a lovely company of funeral directors they were. They also sorted out bringing flowers to the wake and ensuring everything we may have left was collected. I would not hesitate to recommend In Memory of Life to anyone who has the sad occasion to need undertakers. They made the whole last few weeks a million times easier than it might have been. Thank you to all of the team.”

“Thank you Caitlin and the team at In Memory of Life services. First class service, prompt responses to any questions by phone and emails. I felt extremely supported in what was a difficult time. The service ran smoothly with the celebrant and pall bearers very professional. The flowers for the coffin were beautiful and exactly what I requested. I would highly recommend this service and I would definitely not hesitate I. Using them again if needed.”

“Recently my Wife passed away and as a family of five we panicked. After a few calls on the weekend “IN MEMORY OF LIFE” answered, a family business crewed by Harriet, Kate and Alex and others that we did not meet. Their soft and helpful approach was welcomed and over the coming days they had it all sorted for us to concentrate on the grieving. What turned out to be a beautiful Cremation Service is a result of their Funeral Direction. They were very accommodating with all of our requests and highly responsive during the whole process. Thank you again for all your hard work !”

“From the very first contact I had with In Memory Of Life they were a pleasure to deal with at a very difficult time. Everything was perfect on the day of the cremation and the process getting there was made easier by the whole team. We had very particular requirements including a Portuguese speaking celebrant, overseas certificate to take ashes to Portugal and a bilingual order of service. I would particularly like to thank Megan in the office and Alex on the day who guided me and the family through the whole process. Thank you for helping Joao to move on in a dignified and appropriate fashion.”
