Kate was our liaison person and from the moment we spoke on the first day I knew that we were in safe and kind hands. Kate took so much time to get to know us and what we wanted and gently guided us through the many decisions we needed to make. They organised taking finger prints for necklaces, clothing collection and help with all the decisions and processes we had to deal with. On the day Brian was our conductor and he was so professional, kind and calm. He made difficult day run smoothly and beautifully and everyone commented on what a lovely company of funeral directors they were. They also sorted out bringing flowers to the wake and ensuring everything we may have left was collected. I would not hesitate to recommend In Memory of Life to anyone who has the sad occasion to need undertakers. They made the whole last few weeks a million times easier than it might have been.
