“I would just like to say that the help and understanding of the funeral place was unbelievable. The care, the phone calls, we had made me feel so comfortable, everything I asked for they did or got for me. I couldn’t have gone to a better place to arrange my dad’s funeral.”

“I recently worked with In Memory of Life to arrange my step father’s funeral. When his health took a turn for the worse I started looking at funeral providers and was impressed by the very easy to use website and simple and transparent costing structure. When he died and I called to speak to them they were extremely kind and reassuring on the telephone. Having never organised a funeral before I knew nothing about what to do but Kate was extremely supportive and helped me every step of the way, letting me know which decisions I needed to make in which order so I knew exactly what needed doing and when. She made the whole process very easy and hassle free so I had more time to look after my grieving mum. On the day itself the whole team were fantastic: the funeral conductor, the drivers, the lovely celebrant Bob, all helped to provide real dignity and class to the occasion. I would highly recommend In Memory of Life.”

“In Memory of Life are understanding, thoughtful, helpful and caring, they made a very stressful time so much easier to deal with, they are efficient and helpful in every way. The pallbearers Dean and John were fantastic, calming and respectful, May the officiant was wonderful and helped put together the whole service which was so helpful.We really can't have asked for a better funeral directors as everything has been completed with care. Harriet was absolutely fantastic our point of contact for everything and nothing was to much trouble for her, Harriet helped the whole process become much easier to deal with at a time when we couldnt really think straight she thought of everything and arranged it with ease. We are forever grateful for how well In Memory of Life helped us through a hard time with such compassion, care and professionalism. Thank you to everyone involved.”

“From the onset Caitlin was exceptional, kind and sincere. The care and attention given was outstanding. The service and undertakers were made painstakingly, and it was truly memorable. “At a sad and difficult time, Michelle supported us right through the process and ensured that we were able to give dad the send off we wanted. Also a big thank you to John for gently guiding us through the actual day as well as the team for their kindness, patience, attentiveness and compassion, we felt we were in safe hands and looked after through all the proceedings on what was an emotional day. “From day one the staff were very professional, sympathetic and helpful. I was assigned Kate, in the early stage of planning my mother's funeral, which helped to establish a relationship with one person. Kate was patient, understanding and her tone was that of compassion and empathy throughout. The advice and guidance in all things 'planning a funeral' was second to none. I will 100% recommend In Memory of Life to anyone going through this process. A personal thank you to John, who was very accommodating and talked us through the day. “Extremely happy with the service that I have received from in memory of life. The team are very polite, punctual and thorough, they responsed to any questions quickly, if they didn’t have the answer they were very quick to follow up. Rebecca was brilliant in helping organise the funeral, all her updates were very clear and concise. it was important to me that the funeral process was as easy and painless for our family as possible. I would highly recommend this company, do not be put off by the fact that they do things online. On the day of the funeral, our conductor Alex was fantastic. He helped her so much. In Memory of Lufe are very reliable and very compassionate, everything they promised they delivered. I shopped around before deciding on in memory of life, their pricing was very reasonable but the deciding factor for me was that they understood what we were going through and sought to make everything as easy as possible during a difficult time. Phone calls answered every time and fantastic communications. Thank you so much in memory of life you made a difficult day bearable !”

“In Memory of life we’re understanding of the families wants and needs at such an emotional time. My mother deserved a celebration of her life and they delivered superbly. Very patient. Empathetic, accommodating to no end and nothing seemed to much trouble. You could contact them and know that someone was at the other end of the phone or got back to you as soon as they could. Thank you so much to all the staff that helped make my mother’s cremation go smoothly and with dignity.”

“We were extremely surprised at the speed with which arrangements were put into place, by In Memory of Life funeral services, especially at such short notice. The deceased was Ukrainian. There speed accommodated the religious requirements of the Russian Orthodox church. Communication from In Memory of Life funeral services was highly efficient, with responses being given promptly, no matter what time of day we called. Communication with the Celebrant was also very efficient and she helped us choose and compose the elements of the service. There was just one issue that gave cause for concern and this was having the wrong date of birth of the deceased on the order of service. The ceremony itself was respectful and well conducted. The majority of the attendees were Ukrainian. The celebrant made sure that time was given for the observance of rituals connected with the attendees' religion. Those present commented on the respect and sincerity with which the service was conducted. A favourable comparison was made compared to how the same service may have been conducted in Ukraine.”

“I cannot reccomend In Memory Of Life highly enough, the way that they conducted the arranging of my dad Colin's funeral was absolutely impeccable, Harriet handled every single query that we had with the utmost professionalism. Nothing was too much trouble and the service was beautiful and gave dad the send off that he deserved. From the first phone call to visiting dad in the chapel of rest right through to the funeral the service we recieved was first class. We will forever be grateful to Harriet for all she has done to support myself and my mum and brother through such a difficult time. “Throughout the support of In Memory of Life, has been excellent, always very discreet at steering me toward a better solution than my initial proposals and gently coming forward with good, practical and acceptable solutions. Megan must face a multitude of people with different temperaments, at a difficult time for them, but manages to tailor her response in a way that is best suited to them as individuals and certainly did for me. The team was at the crematorium on time and Alex was discreet, but helpful in directing our guests and the service started promptly on time. All the details were as we arranged; the coffin, flowers, the traditional hearse, the slideshow worked perfectly and I could see many of our guests appreciated it, the music as Rev James and I agreed, the order of service booklet is exactly as I hoped it would be after my draft and quite a few of our friends have told me the web-link was clear, they recognised the guests and heard the service well. The Rev James Fields was another of Megan’s suggestions. Wednesday was a difficult day, but I was very happy with all the arrangements and the way Rev James conducted the service. Many of our friends at the service and those that watched on the web-link said the same and I appreciated the care In Memory of Life and the Rev James took in making it sound warm and personal. The whole ceremony ran as smoothly as I could ever wish and I really appreciated their combined efforts at making it happen. I was as relaxed as I could be knowing it was in safe hands.
