“IMoL provided a very professional and compassionate service. Harriet was amazing and pacient with us. She advised us on all financial issues, and choosing the right plot.The viewing was peaceful, private and we took as much time as we liked. Harriet helped with incorporating our traditions such as the coffin being draped with kente clothe it looked beautiful. The pull bearers were friendly and accommodating they assisted us by advising us on how to carry our mother in the coffin and orchestrated the procession well in congested London. . On behalf of myself and family thank you Harriet and IMoL family.”

“The entire team at In Memory made the passing of our beloved dad Roy a gentle, considered and respectful process. Nothing was too much trouble, no moments were brushed over and nothing was left to chance - everything went smoothly and according to plan and the whole family were made to feel very comfortable every step of the way. “The professional but personal service from In Memory of Life was obvious from my very first phone call with Harriet. Nothing was too much trouble and we were guided through the planning process with compassion and efficiency. The whole team were very impressive throughout my mum’s service, particularly Ruth, the celebrant, who couldn’t have chosen her words better if she had known my mum all her life. Thank you so much.”

“I would like to offer our thanks and gratitude for the supreme service and care of our loved one at this challenging time. Our funeral was organised by Harriet in the funeral planning and arrangement team, the attention to detail, kind consideration, patience and professionalism shown made a hard situation so much easier to manage. The personalised quotation tailored to meet our specific needs and preferences made our funeral bespoke. The personal care of our loved one warmed my heart as he was so beautifully prepared for viewing. We had four generations of our family present at the funeral, and everyone remarked on how well the funeral conductor Dean managed proceedings and supported our family pallbearers every step of the way. The entire team were exceptional. It is not a service we would wish to have need of, but I know that we can trust In Loving Memory of Life to help give the best farewell to our loved ones. “Matthew and Megan did an awesome job from start to finish in preparation for our mum, Philomena's burial. They were always checking up on us, asking us questions and always communicating with us no matter how late the time. They liaised with the vendors in making sure all preparation was done to our satisfaction. They were very polite, had excellent communication skills and great team players. “Very professional team all the way. Matthew and Megan were fantastic. They supported us right from the beginning. I had tons of questions being my first time to arrange a funeral. Martin our Conductor was great and so was Simon the videographer. I would definitely recommend this company without any slight doubt. You will definitely not regret.”

Even at the point of coming across their website, it was clear that they were different to others around, everything felt friendly and personal. “Not coming from London we picked 'In Memory of Life' by chance. We were so glad we did as they made everything so easy for us at an incredible sad time for my family in, what to us is a foreign city. “From the point of first contact, the service provided by Matthew and Lucy was first class. Both were wonderfully kind, sympathetic and understanding, and gave me inavluable help and advice on how to choose the best way forward. Lucy has been an absolute star throughout, keeping me informed with every step of what was a particularly difficult process. Her help with matters other than the cremation has been outstanding, above and beyond anything I would ever have expected a firm of funeral directors to offer. “I can't thank Lucy and the IMOL team enough for their service, expertise, courtesy and care. I had no idea where to start with organising my uncle's funeral but they made a very sad time effortless.
