“The professional but personal service from In Memory of Life was obvious from my very first phone call with Harriet. Nothing was too much trouble and we were guided through the planning process with compassion and efficiency. The whole team were very impressive throughout my mum’s service, particularly Ruth, the celebrant, who couldn’t have chosen her words better if she had known my mum all her life. Thank you so much.”

“I would like to offer our thanks and gratitude for the supreme service and care of our loved one at this challenging time. Our funeral was organised by Harriet in the funeral planning and arrangement team, the attention to detail, kind consideration, patience and professionalism shown made a hard situation so much easier to manage. The personalised quotation tailored to meet our specific needs and preferences made our funeral bespoke. The personal care of our loved one warmed my heart as he was so beautifully prepared for viewing. We had four generations of our family present at the funeral, and everyone remarked on how well the funeral conductor Dean managed proceedings and supported our family pallbearers every step of the way. The entire team were exceptional. It is not a service we would wish to have need of, but I know that we can trust In Loving Memory of Life to help give the best farewell to our loved ones. “Matthew and Megan did an awesome job from start to finish in preparation for our mum, Philomena's burial. They were always checking up on us, asking us questions and always communicating with us no matter how late the time. They liaised with the vendors in making sure all preparation was done to our satisfaction. They were very polite, had excellent communication skills and great team players. “Very professional team all the way. Matthew and Megan were fantastic. They supported us right from the beginning. I had tons of questions being my first time to arrange a funeral. Martin our Conductor was great and so was Simon the videographer. I would definitely recommend this company without any slight doubt. You will definitely not regret.”

“The entire team couldn’t of been more helpful in giving our Dad the send off he deserved. Megan who I dealt with the most was so helpful in explaining everything that we needed. Even at the point of coming across their website, it was clear that they were different to others around, everything felt friendly and personal. “Not coming from London we picked 'In Memory of Life' by chance. We were so glad we did as they made everything so easy for us at an incredible sad time for my family in, what to us is a foreign city. “From the point of first contact, the service provided by Matthew and Lucy was first class. Both were wonderfully kind, sympathetic and understanding, and gave me inavluable help and advice on how to choose the best way forward. Lucy has been an absolute star throughout, keeping me informed with every step of what was a particularly difficult process. Her help with matters other than the cremation has been outstanding, above and beyond anything I would ever have expected a firm of funeral directors to offer. In Memory of Life are without doubt a cut above the best. Excellence in action. I'm profoundly grateful for everything they have done for me. They've been wonderful.”

“I can't thank Lucy and the IMOL team enough for their service, expertise, courtesy and care. I had no idea where to start with organising my uncle's funeral but they made a very sad time effortless. Ruth, the celebrant was amazing with my aunt and together we created a perfect send off. I highly recommend this company.”

“I contacted several funeral services and eventually chose "In Memory of Life". It was because Matthew gave me the confidence that the company would go their length to help me. I was right. We had to change the location and date for the funeral several times. Matthew was extremely patient, helpful at those occasions. The funeral service went really well. It was a smooth and delightful experience to work with Matthew and his team. I would highly recommend "In Memory of Life".”

“I was unsure at first at using a different funeral director to the one I used for my Dad, however, I was so impressed with everyone at Memory of life. I dealt with Lucy who I have to say was so lovely she helped me every step of the way , she showed compassion & empathy and contacted me regularly & always ask how I was and showed concern,she was of great support to me. On the day of the funeral the funeral directors were fantastic and ensured the day ran smoothly. So impressed with this company and would definitely recommend them to look after your loved ones. “Honestly I just don’t know what I would have done without Megan and Mathew. They were amazing no one else was by my side during all this preparation. It was so hard having to arrange another funeral within six months. But Megan and Matthew were so calm and helpful. Even to the night before when we changed our song arrangement. If I was near I would have hugged them both. 5/5 from me I won’t hesitate to recommend. Please God I won’t be talking to them for a while!”

“The sudden loss of my Dad has been unbearable and having to deal with arranging his funeral, while still in shock was something I never thought I’d be able to do. After speaking to various funeral directors, I knew immediately that “In memory of life” was going to be the one and I was right. Harriet has been amazing from start to finish. With her support and guidance she helped me to make my own decisions without any pressure and really made the whole process a lot easier than I could have ever imagined it to be. I will always be truly grateful to her for that. My Dad had the perfect send off. The director for the service on the day “Martin” was brilliant and kept me calm and informed throughout along with the celebrant “May Andrews” who was recommended to me by Harriet, did an amazing job in honouring my Dad. I cannot praise them all enough for everything they have done to make the worst time of my life a little less painful and not at all stressful. Thank you”
