These containers broke after having them in the freezer. The lids too considerable effort to remove and also the plastic containers just snapped. Wasn't that impressed, unfortunately.

I received my order and all of the containers I bought came broken. I tried contact with them on the same day, one week ago, and until now I don’t have an answer

poor quality, I purchased 10x3 compartment container but received with 6 cracked lids. Two more lids cracked on second use

Hi Carlyn, We received your email on 9/12/23 at 19:10 requesting a return. Our working hours are 9am- 5pm. Therefore the earliest point our customer service manager responded to your email was the following day 10/12/23. ***************** Hi Carlyn, Thank you for sending us a message. I'm sorry to hear that you'd like to return your Igluu containers. May I ask why you would like to return them? Did they arrive damaged or defective? Don't worry, I am here to help! Customer satisfaction is very important to us therefore we followed up with a phone call and voice mail to resolve your issue. According to our records, your issue was followed up in a very responsive manner and resolved. To say our customer service is appalling is not true. Not as good quality as I had hoped. made a meal, let it cool down, and froze. Placed in the microwave, after defrosting fully, for three minutes, and consumed. Then after washing noticed a large crack along one side just after the corner. I cant use it again. poor quality.
