“I’ve purchased several glass containers from Igluu and am delighted to say that the quality has been fantastic. I use these daily for both taking lunch to work and storing dinner. I’ve never experienced any leakage from my containers, and their capacity is more than adequate for what I imagine most people’s needs are. The only potential criticism I would have of the glass containers is that they can take up a lot of storage space. It would be nice if the containers were slightly more tapered along the bottom so they could be stacked more efficiently.”

To ensure premium quality we use thick Borosilicate glass, ensuring it is a solid product. If you are looking for a more stackable product, I recommend our reusable plastic meal prep containers. These are made from PP5 plastic. Due to the flexibility of the plastic, the containers are a lot thinner than our glass range. Therefore can stack inside each other much easier than glass. “I love the glass rectangular casserole dishes, perfect for meal prepping for the week. Can go straight from the oven to the fridge without a need for a thousand dishes. Also love the well fitted lid, stacks beautifully in the fridge.”

Hi Lisa, Thanks for your 5-star review and positive comments. Another benefit of the snap lock lid means you can cook meals in advance and freeze. As far as I am aware this is the only glass baking dish with a snap lock lid on the market in this large size. Kind regards, Anna

Hi Elizabeth, Thank you for your 5-star review. The glass lasagne dish is one of our best sellers for many reasons. Personally I love it's size of 2.2 litres this is ideal for making a lasagne large enough to feed 4-6 (depending on your appetite!). Furthermore, the snap lock lid means I can prepare meals in advance and freeze them. The lid is airtight so seals on tightly ensuring food stays fresh for longer and no freezer burns! “poor quality, I purchased 10x3 compartment container but received with 6 cracked lids. Two more lids cracked on second use”

“I was looking for the right boxes because I do a lot of pre-cooking. I found the perfect ones at Igluu. They are robust and you can put them in the dishwasher. I also love the different boxes for different dishes.”
