Dear Serina, I'm so sorry for this. I have written privately to you to resolve this with you. We shall dispatch another order to you right away. And yes you have written to us by email, which we have now found in our spam folder. This is why you haven't heard from us, for which I sincerely apologise. There's nothing worse than an unresponsive company and we are most sympathetic to your complaint. We take great care to provide the best service we can for our clients. Your email address isn't out of the ordinary and we're puzzled as to why the security filter wouldn't let them through. I suspect your order may well be caught up in red tape at Customs, as this is an agricultural product and heaven knows it seems to excite the authorities beyond reason and can create all sorts of issues in non-European destinations. We'll add full tracking on the new order we're sending to you. Again, we are so sorry for the trouble and frustration you have experienced. It is most unusual.

“Hello, I have no idea about the efficacy of the product. But I am very disappointed with the service I have received from IG Bioscience so far. 1) Late delivery of the actual product 2) Ignoring 2 emails which I sent enquiring about the ingredients in their Colostrum tablets. 3) And after some initial research. I am not convinced that the product is specifically geared to improving the health of people with MS.”

I'm so sorry you were disappointed with your experience. When you wrote you asked for some highly specific and detailed information regarding the molecular composition of the colostrum. We had to revert to our suppliers for this information which did take time. To say we ignored your emails is a little unfair as we did inform you by email, and we did provide you with a complete breakdown of the information you requested. We explained this at the time. Regarding late delivery, I can't apologise enough for the delay of just over a week. At the time you ordered we'd been having a terrible time with Royal Mail, and were in the process of transitionning to a new courier firm. Your order was delivered on the 14th October. This delay was most unusual, and has never happened before. I hold up my hands to this failure on our part. We value our reputation for a swift, personal service, as witnessed by the many other reviews you can read on our site. With regard to whether or not colostrum can help with MS sufferers, please just read the reviews on our site and see how many people have benefitted from it. There is a lot of science also to back this up. I am also living proof with my MS that it has completely changed my life. We did point out that colostrum can help the majority of people, and to varying degrees. We also took care to let you know that you need to give it 2 - 3 months to work before taking a definitive view on its efficacy. You ordered a month's supply. Thank you for your feedback. We do welcome criticism. We are a small family business and want to provide the best service possible. Clearly in your case we let you down with the late delivery. This is the first negative review we've had in 8 years of running IgBioscience Ltd but thank you.
