I remember that you once tried a similar turmeric product, but that it was not nearly as effective for you as our unique colostrum turmeric and bioperine mix. I am so happy it has worked for you and that you have stayed with us. I will never stop taking the colostrum products as they have proved so beneficial to my condition ( MS). Dear Serina, I'm so sorry for this. I have written privately to you to resolve this with you. We shall dispatch another order to you right away. And yes you have written to us by email, which we have now found in our spam folder. This is why you haven't heard from us, for which I sincerely apologise. There's nothing worse than an unresponsive company and we are most sympathetic to your complaint. We take great care to provide the best service we can for our clients. Your email address isn't out of the ordinary and we're puzzled as to why the security filter wouldn't let them through. I suspect your order may well be caught up in red tape at Customs, as this is an agricultural product and heaven knows it seems to excite the authorities beyond reason and can create all sorts of issues in non-European destinations. We'll add full tracking on the new order we're sending to you. Again, we are so sorry for the trouble and frustration you have experienced. It is most unusual.

Thank you so much for saying it is an excellent product. I am sorry you say it is expensive. We try very hard to keep prices as low as possible. But we will not compromise on quality. Our suppliers have put their prices up yet again and still we try and keep prices the same. We never compromise on product quality. Thank you again though for your support. I wish we didn't live in such difficult and uncertain times and things were more stable economically.

“I have had gut problems because of histamine intolerance and other food allergies for more than 15 years. I was advised to take colostrum but I am lactose intolerant. So I was grateful for the IG Bioscience product. I have just started taking it, so I will wait to share my experience, but I am very hopeful. Liz at the back office was great, but I do hope that sending to Germany will become easier for all concerned.”

“I bought colostrum from IG bioscience just before Christmas to aid my immune system over winter. I always pick up bugs over winter and usually get the flu jab to help. However I bought colostrum instead as a supplement and haven’t looked back. Have felt great with improvements in the condition of my skin and no colds so far. Great service also.”

“I usually buy turmeric on its own and I take it every day as an anti inflammatory. I saw this capsule mixed with colostrum and, since I have sustained a torn hamstring injury, thought I'd try it for its healing properties - doubling up the dose. All I can say is physiotherapist said injury would take 6/8 weeks and, after 3 weeks it is well on the way to being healed.”

And it is extraordinary for cuts too. It is anti-microbial and anti-viral and contains all these wonderful growth factors that are so important to help the body heal itself. “Hello, I have no idea about the efficacy of the product. But I am very disappointed with the service I have received from IG Bioscience so far. 1) Late delivery of the actual product 2) Ignoring 2 emails which I sent enquiring about the ingredients in their Colostrum tablets. 3) And after some initial research. I am not convinced that the product is specifically geared to improving the health of people with MS.”

I'm so sorry you were disappointed with your experience. When you wrote you asked for some highly specific and detailed information regarding the molecular composition of the colostrum. We had to revert to our suppliers for this information which did take time. To say we ignored your emails is a little unfair as we did inform you by email, and we did provide you with a complete breakdown of the information you requested. We explained this at the time. Regarding late delivery, I can't apologise enough for the delay of just over a week. At the time you ordered we'd been having a terrible time with Royal Mail, and were in the process of transitionning to a new courier firm. Your order was delivered on the 14th October. This delay was most unusual, and has never happened before. I hold up my hands to this failure on our part. We value our reputation for a swift, personal service, as witnessed by the many other reviews you can read on our site. With regard to whether or not colostrum can help with MS sufferers, please just read the reviews on our site and see how many people have benefitted from it. There is a lot of science also to back this up. I am also living proof with my MS that it has completely changed my life. We did point out that colostrum can help the majority of people, and to varying degrees. We also took care to let you know that you need to give it 2 - 3 months to work before taking a definitive view on its efficacy. You ordered a month's supply. “So I’ve been taking a high dose of colostrum due to my health issues and am really starting to notice some changes. , my overall mood is better, I can eat things I haven’t been able to eat for sometime , feeling more confident about venturing out and an overall calmness. I recently introduced colostrum with curcumin to help with my fibro nerve pain and mental health. When I first took it I felt jittery and anxious, so left off for a couple of weeks and can now take quite happily. I have now reduced the colostrum to 4 a day with 2 curcumin and colostrum. I really feel I’m starting to slowly get my life back on track after suffering with chronic fatigue and gut issues. Liz was so helpful and easy to talk to, re her products, thank you.”
