“I bought my Brady BMP21+ label printer from Identipro about two years ago and subsequently the various label types for it that I've needed for it - probably 10 or 12 times by now. I order online and generally use Royal Mail for delivery. Despatch is always very prompt and delivery always on the second or third day after ordering, depending how late in the day I order. Emails advise on progress and the telephone response if I phone is always helpful and efficient. I've never had any problem.”

“Great company persona and a quick response to my query about a Brady Printer. Quick turn-around from ordering to delivery door-to-door within three days, with tracking from two locations simultaneously. The personal service I received made me feel like one of the family, not just a purchase order from another company. Thank you Jo in sales... Great job guys...will order again soon.”
