“The policy offered had provisions that suited more than that offered by other insurers. My landlord's insurance did not require inspections during a period when the property was unoccupied. As my property is at present untenanted and is 70 miles away, this was vital.”

“Informative and friendly service. The priduct proposed was exactly what I needed at a lower price than elsewhere. I have had no cause to claim so cab't comment on that side of things. The only reason why no 5 stars is that the database does not allow for my category of flat roof and that caused some confusion on the paperwork.”

“I was pleased to be contacted by phone previous to my renewal date. It was good to talk to some one with very good diction and with a friendly approach. I also found the renewal quote very competitative. I also appreciate receiving a paper copy and an e mail with all the information I should need.”
