“I arrived at the i4me website through directline.com when searching for buildings insurance online. i4me was not the lowest priced quote that materialised but I felt the lower one was too cheap. I needed to clarify issues that the website did not deal with and so I telephoned i4me and the call handler I spoke to was knowledgeable and helpful and I ended up placing the business with i4me.”

“I4Me were very good in immediately calling me when I had become a bit confused about having taken out a policy with them. Thank goodness someone was keeping me right. I was also impressed with the fact that they had taken the trouble to follow up their quote from a year ago after my having made arrangements elsewhere on that occasion.”
