“Insurance cover is competitive. But hugely disappointed that the correspondence defaults to ‘ alpha male’ and not myself who commissioned the insurance , paid for it and manages all household outgoings. Email defaulted to alpha Male although it should have been mine and also said cc for my mail.... HOWEVER no cc arrived, thus huge panic at end of last week as neither of of knew who was sorting the payment as were in different houses hundreds of miles apart. So disappointed with the computing admin. Can’t submit 5his as myself because it talks about submit as prof Thomas, he is as infuriated by this as myself”

“Timely reminder received by post and email about renewal date coming up. Easy to renew online. Paperwork straightforward. Didn't like 25% price hike but still better than other quotes I'd received unfortunately.”

“The cover is exactly what we need, it is a niche policy and this suits situation. We purchased cover last year with the same firm and renewed our policy again this year. However without making a claim the same policy did increase by 78 pounds from the previous year. Just something to be aware of.”

“4th year with i4me as the insurance provider for our holiday home business. Have had no need to make any claims so far so can’t comment on that aspect of customer support, always very efficient and competitive at renewal time although the 20% hike in premiums this year is a bitter pill to swallow having not made any claims in the preceding year despite of the COVID situation.”

“Good service. However, re the documentation I had 9 PDF files emailed through. It would be helpful if this could be reduced / simplified. Also, throughout nearly all the pages it gave a total premium amount which excluded legal insurance which I took as an add-on. So the amount it was quoting that I agreed in the phone didn't tally, until the legal expense pages were added at the end. So I had to do some maths. It would be helpful if, for example, the front page listed everything that had had been taken out and the full amount”
