“Just renewed. I did do a price comparison using a well known site. When I told i4me that I could get a better price elsewhere they were very helpful in reviewing the market and recommending a cheaper product. Good service”

“Good company in that they are quick and easy to deal with, and use UK call centres. Slightly frustrating they do not offer any benefits for returning customers, but are always wllilling to adjust the price when I research the best of the competition!”

I asked for clarification of certain endorsements on my policy and i4me resolved these by contacting the underwriters.”

“I did request a review of the price quoted for renewal but heard nothing back. Then I was informed the insurer would not quote lower. But you could have decreased your administration charges to at least make a token gesture to attract my business. I shall have to shop around next time. Vincent Woods”
