“Refreshing to find an insurer who understood the difficulties in finding holiday home insurance and was sufficiently flexible for us to secure insurance with conditions that were possible to achieve in practice. Lee was exceedingly helpful, assured me (and re-confirmed) that the policy did not require routine inspections of the property. When the final policy came through, the statement of insurance mentioned routine inspections which conflicted with what I had been told and caused me some anxiety. Ned patiently dealt with my query, triple-checked, then i4me amended the wording on the statement of insurance to reflect what had been agreed. But for the initial wording on the statement of insurance and the concern/doubt it caused I would have scored a 5 - easy to rectify for subsequent customers. I am thorough, cautious, and take wording on insurance policies very seriously - i4me dealt well with my persistence. Worth paying extra for a policy that is practicable and for peace of mind. Looking forward to dealing with i4me again next year, assuming no issues this year.”

“Always quick and easy to speak to on the phone. Their rates remain competitive but it's always a fight to fine tune, reduce admin fees and keep the price best- they do not reward loyal customers automatically.”

“I4me we’re good in reminding me to renew my annual landlords insurance policy, and were not pushy but explained again what I was covered for and what not. I have not claimed in the last 5 years so I have no experience how they deal with claims but I would hope they would be just as efficient and considerate.”

“Had trouble connecting with the Internet site given on renewal document so used phone instead, good to have the choice. The transaction then proceeded quickly and smoothly, no waiting time in a queue for the phone to be answered was a definite bonus. Without the internet problems this would have been a 5 star review. Renewal price was excellent for the policy, in fact lower than last year I believe.”

“My cost of my renewal policy had risen by15%. When I queried this, it appears that the sum insured had increased by 11% being the rise in service cost which I reluctantly accepted. This was very reasonably explained by your colleauge.”
