“The customer service provided by i4me is excellent. My insurance was due for renewal and I received a courtesy call to ensure I had all the information I needed to make a decision on whether to renew. I4me representatives have always been helpful when I contact them and they answer the phone quickly rather than me having to wait an hour in a telephone queue.”

“I was recommended to use you by a friend who also has a holiday let. I was impressed by the efficiency of your UK based staff. Everything was explained and the premiums were reasonable so I went ahead. I was pleasantly surprised that when I renewed last year and again a couple of days ago the premiums only changed a tiny bit. I would definitely recommend you to other people with the same type of property as myself.”
