“I have just received a teak bench.& it is broken on arrival -very dissapointing. Have emailed customer service.&will wait to see what they do.I hope to receive a replacment ASAP as need for an event. Will let you know their repsonce.”

“Poor quality teak table and chairs. Chairs have been stored inside over the winter and the table covered and all have been splintering and cracking to the point of an arm coming off one chair. The company doesn’t want to know and only guarantees for a year, we hoped our teak investment would last rather longer than that!”

“We recently purchased an enamel cream multi fuel stove which would be very lovely apart from all the chips to the enamel, we did contact them and in all fairness they did say we could send back but they could send us a touch up paint but every time we put it on all's well untill we light it then it comes back off so I'm afraid I would not recommend this product !”

Sorry to hear you have had problems with the paintwork. We can recommended humbrol heat resistant paint to touch up.

The bench was delivered within 2 days of purchase and delivery was signed for by yourself so confused by your review.
