“Easy ordering on website. Prompt delivery. Friendly customer service. I was short a couple of chairs, but 2No. chairs to complete my order, arrived within days - no fuss or argument. I ordered the sunburst table and eight chairs. Cushions are included in the price. The garden furniture looks to be good quality. I hope it'll last for many years to come. I strongly recommend this company.”

“Great price for a Lutyens bench and although we weren't given any communication regarding our delivery, a call to Humber Imports gave us an indication as to when the bench was likely to be delivered by their courier.”

“The garden furniture is very good quality at a reasonable price. I didn't think much of the way it was delivered though. We had no notification of the date either when I ordered or before the actual delivery. It was lucky we were in when it came. The delivery person just dumped all the heavy packages on our drive on a pallet and drove off. It was very difficult for my husband and me to bring them all into the house. No stars for delivery!”

“I purchased the Sunburst 8 Seater Garden Furniture Set in Spring 2021 and have been extremely pleased with the quality and the way it has aged. This autumn I purchased 2 Stacking Chair covers. They arrived quickly, they are a perfect fit for the stacked chairs and are really good quality. Definitely worth paying the extra cost over cheaper covers I've had previously. Both service and product ticked the box. Highly recommended.”

“My order arrived safely, well-packaged and in good order. I was delighted with the build quality of the picnic table and two chairs I had bought, which I am to use on my patio. They are quality pieces of garden furniture that should last for years with good maintenance. I was surprised the items were not pre-oiled, though treating them myself is not a problem. I also anticipated an additional mailing from Humber Imports between purchase confirmation and delivery. I would have found that reassuring. Apart from these minor points, I rate Humber Imports hightly for the quality of their products.”
