“Great holiday, the park is very nice, clean, staff were very welcoming and very friendly indeed. We didn't drive but getting around was reasonably easy, although all taxi's have to be prebooked well in advance otherwise we hired bikes and cycled everywhere, it's quite flat in the general area. The Firefly team were excellent communicators and helped us out with any pre requisites we needed. Wouldn't hesitate to book again.”

“Firefly have been brilliant in booking out Spanish holiday this year - helpful at booking time, sending useful reminders, easy to read documentation and very friendly. If you want a more personalised service for booking your holiday, they are second to none. Professional, friendly and extremely helpful. A big thank you to them for all their help with our holiday this year!”

“Through covid with 2 years delay , the guys kept me completely informed and the holiday price did not change . Finally we went to Zadar resort. Wonderful great place , fabulous pools shallow lovely sea for miles . Thank you for all the comma/updates since we booked 3 years ago . Great company . David”

“Like so many people, we have waited a few years to go abroad, and it did not disappoint. Firefly helped us all along the way, I cannot praise Steve and the team enough for their outstanding customer service. We had a fantastic family holiday in Italy and would highly recommend.”

“Excellent customer services; proactive, friendly, efficient and professional. Recommended and booked hotels for the trip through France to our final destination, which was also booked through Firefly Holidays and was thoroughly enjoyable. Much better to deal with in comparison to other companies such as Eurocamp - have booked again for skiing and will definitely consider using again for a summer holiday. Great work guys!”
