Excellent customer services; proactive, friendly, efficient and professional. Recommended and booked hotels for the trip through France to our final destination, which was also booked through Firefly Holidays and was thoroughly enjoyable. Much better to deal with in comparison to other companies such as Eurocamp - have booked again for skiing and will definitely consider using again for a summer holiday. Great work guys!
