“Has been order the strap since 16/01/2024 still not hear anything and can't get through phone and no email communication so I am in doubt with all 5* reviews on this . Hope the owner see this”

“My husband ordered a strap four weeks ago, but we haven't received any delivery information. Despite sending multiple emails, we have not received any updates on the status of our order. I am concerned about the lack of customer service and the status of our order.”

“Still have not received my order placed on January 27th 2023. I have emailed them twice about the order requesting a status or ETA and zero response. I am wondering if this website is legit at all and just a scam. There is no phone number to contact them and they do not respond to inquiries. They just took my money. 100% do not recommend.”

“Failed to deliver strap. Stated it was ready after two weeks (had to chase to get this info), and would be sent out that day, after a week no update or response to email. Would suggest not using this company unless you want to lose your money. Now chasing a refund via credit card company”

“Do not order items from Sebastien's. Purchased a watch strap 6 weeks ago, with a confirmation the order will be delivered in mid January. It is now mid-February and there are no signs of the watch strap arriving. Poor communication and customer service, and no guarantee from my perspective the business is legitimate. Please beware, this might be a scam..”

“I received my watch strap today and the product is faulty. The strap containing the buckle was too large to fit my Cartier Tank Must by almost a millimeter. This means that when I finally got the strap on, the strap was damaged – there was no way to fit it without damage. I believe this is a quality control issue at Sebastien's end and I'd like to be sent a replacement so I can have a watch strap without visible damage.”

“Absolutely horrible experience with issues identical to others, order process easy, great comms. It all goes wrong there! Conflicting emails, confirmation of shipments that don’t happen, confirmation of credits that don’t appear, back to we shipped after all but can’t provide tracking number. YOU’VE BEEN WARNED…. Don’t fall for the professional website rubbish.”

“I purchased a strap on 12/2 and the website says to allow 7-10 working days for production. On 12/18 I sent an email asking for an update on when they order might ship and was told that it was scheduled to ship the middle of that week. I never received tracking, so sent a follow up email on the 26th, 27th, and 28th with no response. I finally received a response on the 29th stating that they were waiting on a delivery of buckles to arrive and my order was refunded (which I requested if it wasn’t going to ship by the end of this week). Poor communication and lack of transparency will keep me from ordering again which is unfortunate because the reviews of the quality seem to be good.”

“Nothing but lies. I have found this company to sell nothing but lies. Their dispatch time not accurate, they send over a week late (3 weeks to make a watch strap!) with no warning, apology or notice of lateness. They reply quickly until they have your money and then they ignore emails multiple times (reply with 24h another lie on their website). Avoid!!”

“Ordered a watch strap that they claim was dispatched on 9th November. Today is the 23rd and no sign of the strap. No response to e mails and of course they do not display a telephone number on their web site Be warned before ordering from this company”

“I ordered a strap and chestnut brown, and what was sent to me was a red color strap. I contacted them and they said they would send a new strap ASAP. It has been almost a month. I have contacted them multiple times by email and haven’t heard anything at all about my order status.”
