This is my second and last time I will be giving this company any of my money.. I had an awful experience the first time, long story short I ordered an outfit for over £100 on the 20th July to arrive in time for creamfields. I was still chasing this order in September with no real update and around 4 excused on 4 different occasions as to why I hadn’t received my order yet. They gave me a code for my next order for 50% off, I used this on 10/11 from the “ready to ship” section and shipping said 1-2 days. I heard nothing which wasn’t a surprise.. i chased via Instagram and got a read receipt but no response. Then got an email just over a week later to say my order was on the way and was delivered on the 19th. My biggest advice to the company would be to just be honest with how long these orders take, stop putting 1-2 days delivery because it never is. It leaves customers disappointed.

Hi Sophie I'd like to apologize for your experience. I'm glad you managed to use your 50% discount, I can see that you purchased the whole accelerate set for only £23 which is a great price. In terms of the 'ready to ship' range. The set had actually run out of stock. The only way we could get this set to you is if we hand-made it, this is the reason it took a little longer than expected. We do ask ALL customers to write a note on their orders for when they are needing their outfits and we do state that ALL order enquires are to be emailed and not to be DM'd via Instagram. Ordered on the 7/9/2022 for a event I had on the 1/10/2022, it is now past that date and I still have not received my item. Spoke with a person named Vinny & told him my situation, he told me he would have my order to me on time and requested I PayPal another $15 (aus) on top of what I already paid for shipping, since then I have Messaged customer service on many occasions just to get no response. I will NEVER order from this site again. Very unprofessional, making promises they can’t keep, take your money and doesn’t produce the product. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Placed an order 8 working days ago from ready to ship, paid $40 for express shipping so I would have it in time for my festival and it has still not been posted. Have emailed like they said to multiple times, called and Insta messaged but still got nothing back other than ‘it hasn’t been shipped yet’ I understand there are delays but some assistance and customer service would go a long way. Trying to get a refund at this point but getting absolutely no response. Will not recommend this company

I purchased a custom order (bikini) and was now as I know blindsided into ordering a top to go over it as it would make more sense with the cost of ordering the fabric. I was quoted £74 and paid. My order arrived, I received the bikini top & the top to go over with NO bikini bottoms?! I messaged Vinny at customer service who originally took my order. He admitted it was his error however, refused to help in any other way than me paying a further £30 for the bottoms despite him quoting me for the full outfit as £74 which I paid. His response was “you must understand you can’t have it for free we are a small business”. So I was basically told to purchase the bikini and a top, instead of just the bikini that I wanted, so it was worth the ordering of the fabric and ended up with a bikini top and a top without bottoms. Customer service was appalling and I will not be ordering again. I paid £74 as per his quote and was told “you can’t have it for free” and ended up with two tops. Unbelievable.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Spent over £100 on an order nearly 2 months ago now and still not received. Sent emails, text messages and tried to call numerous times but getting no where with it. Absolutely disgusting customer service. Spoke to Vinnie a couple of times in the last 2 months trying to come up with different solutions to try and get my order to me but everything just seems like a stall and excuse after excuse. Not heard anything from him in a couple of weeks now. Shocking excuse for a company. I’m so frustrated

The quality of this product is not worth the price. If I would have seen this product in person, I would not have purchased it. The sleeve on the top is so tight, it almost cuts off my circulation. The way the top ties near the neck is very uncomfortable. The seam down the middle of the mesh shorts is not straight. The hem on the legs of the mesh shorts is raw, and rolls up while wearing it. I would not suggest buying this product, which is disappointing because it looked very cute in the advertising :(

Sadly very disappointed. I placed my order a month in advance but they didn’t start making it until a few days before I needed it by, which I wouldn’t of minded, but this meant they sent it days late and to the wrong address. Outfit arrived way too late so I couldn’t even wear it to my event, and they said they wouldn’t refund me if I sent it back. Nice outfit but for the price they charge you’d expect better service unfortunately, or at least a refund.

Ordered clothes 2 weeks ago and got them sent to the hotel we are staying in in a different country and have arrived for the festival for the clothes to have not been sent and can’t get in contact with anyone about the situation, very very annoyed about it

Hi Laura, Thank you for your review. As committed as we are to our customers receiving their outfits to their events, once we pay the delivery service and ship it, it is out of our control and up to them to get the outfit to you. We worked extremely hard to get the outfit finished and posted with 'Special Guaranteed before 1 pm Saturday Delivery' service and unfortunately, the delivery company did not fulfill what they needed to do. We have escalated the case to them and are waiting to hear back from them soon. In the meantime, my team will get in contact with you and offer you an alternative. Shocking, ordered this before a festival and still have not received it, had no warning that it wasn’t going to be shipped on time. I asked why it hadn’t been shipped and they told me the fabric hadn’t even come yet! Will never order from here again.

As mentioned in our Instagram DM's the fabric arrived and the team quickly made the outfit for you and sent it with 'Guranteed delivery before 1pm Saturday delivery' with Royal Mail. We have sent you the tracking details. May we ask that this review is reviewed and reconsidered as we have the confirmation from the hotel that the parcel has been collected by the name 'Josie White' and signed for in their logbook.

Will never order again sent the complete wrong thing and tracksuits are not worth the money. Just cheap making with a company sending wrong products to try and profit there business

Poor quality garments arrived badly sewn, especially for the price. Sizing guide was completely different to regular UK sizing. Very poor customer service, had to go through PayPal to return the items for a refund.

I won a competition on instagram for a free item and after announcing my victory, the account repeatedly ignored my messages and never sent me my item. A scam for followers and publicity.. and I was a previous customer. Terrible and the items fit poorly I had to get mine adjusted.

Items are claimed to be handmade to order but when exchanging for a different size my new size came within two days of me sending my original size back. The new size i ordered came with a fault, a hole in the leg, which left me without an outfit for an event as i didn't notice it until on the day. Was only offered an exchange NOT a refund despite the outfit being faulty and the event i needed it for passing before i could order anything else. This was not taken into account at all. I had the outfit on for an hour before noticing the hole, only wearing it in the house while i wait to leave. Sent it back to be told that its basically been worn as the seams are visible and its bobbled in between the legs. The seams being visible says more about the quality of the products their selling - £25 for the seams to do that after wearing for a short period of time? I have since received the product back and there is also NO bobbly bits in between the legs. Just a joke as clearly trying to get out of giving me an exchange so I'm the one left £50 out of pocket with a poor quality outfit. Overpriced clothes and quality does not match up to the price tag. Will not be shopping here again.

Hi Chloe, As mentioned in our emails, the state of the clothing you sent back to us was unacceptable and nonexchangeable. There were no tags on any of the items, a hole in the shorts, both items smelling strongly of smoke, with the seams and binding all with wear and tear. With a thorough inspection with our team and with the goods that were returned to us, we concluded that these items had been worn. It is in our policy that: "All items must have all tags attached, item(s) unworn, not tampered with, no stains, strong smells, makeup or tan. The items sent back should be sent back in a sellable condition. If items have been tampered with, we cannot accept the return or exchange as we are unable to re-sell." Unfortunately, your return had a lot of the above and we had to refuse the exchange. I hope you can understand that as a business, we need to protect the number of hours and effort that goes into hand-making these clothes and that we HAVE to refuse anything that goes against our company policies.

Ordered 3 of the same outfits (3 different orders though) when received (late) a size 6 was tagged with a size 8 and a size 8 was actually a size 6. There was holes in the seams, you could see pink stitching down the seams All 3 outfits where cut differently, shorter legs on one of them, higher fabric over the stomach of another. When I emailed on a Friday to request a return for them to send out new outfits I never received a response yet the company knew the outfits were needed for the following week. Customer service wasn't the best when talking over the phone either.
