“The set I had ordered was decent, however, the "Ready To Ship" item I ordered was not in fact ready to ship. Communication with the Suxceed team seemed promising at the start but quickly deteriorated with no responses to fulfil wishes. I ordered on the 4th of Sep with tracked shipping (3-7 days) for an event on the 1st of Oct, with promises for the order to be shipped within a week. My item was shipped 4 weeks later and was delivered an extra 2 weeks AFTER the event. I have no use for the set now. I think the team should focus more on fulfilling current orders and keeping customers happy rather than creating/promoting new clothing lines. Unfortunately will not be ordering from Suxceed again.”

Hey Emma Thank you for your review. I've just checked your order and your parcel was sent on the 6th July with Special Delivery before 1pm on 7th July. As requested from your notes, you needed it for the 7th/8th. The special delivery service which we paid extra for you to get was delivered on time to you but looking at your tracking details there was no answer. This was delivered at 10.54am on the 7th July. The parcel was re-delivered again on the 9th July at 10.13am but again there was no answer. I will be in touch to resolve this review :) Thanks Vinny

“Hi I am very unhappy with this service as I ordered a cropped t shirt which came badly cut and uneven. I sent this back mid August before an event and I am still waiting to receive my exchange.”

“My unitard arrived incorrectly made and then I was asked to send it back to receive an exchange. A month later I have no unitard and no message from Suxceed.”

“Very very very slow delivery when I paid for express delivery waited over 3 weeks to be sent my item and when I messaged 3 weeks after asking where it was it had not even been made yet”

“Brought a tracksuit the sizing came up big but I figured that was how it was meant to fit. Was so happy to have finally treated myself to something from the site but I'm highly disappointed I wore it twice before the eyelet for the bottoms came loose. Also the seem on the design down the side of the tracksuit has come loose. Not impressed as it wasn't cheap even in the sale.”

“I was super excited to order this item to wear to Crush SF (which I did) but the wait time was kind of ridiculous considering i did read the working time (3-5 days). At the end of the day it wasn’t what I ordered. I ordered the queen of hearts bra that was supposed to only have the heart/spade print on one of the triangles. The one I received had it on both triangles as opposed to the one listed on the site that was a black & print mix. It also folded funny at the outer part of the bra. I really like the products on this site but i don’t know if I will be ordering with this company again.”
