Ordered on the 7/9/2022 for a event I had on the 1/10/2022, it is now past that date and I still have not received my item. Spoke with a person named Vinny & told him my situation, he told me he would have my order to me on time and requested I PayPal another $15 (aus) on top of what I already paid for shipping, since then I have Messaged customer service on many occasions just to get no response. I will NEVER order from this site again. Very unprofessional, making promises they can’t keep, take your money and doesn’t produce the product. If I could give 0 stars I would.
