“I love that a whole people who aren't necessarily in the same location can sign a card and add to the gift pot. There's also a great selection of voucher, although it would be great if there was a card that covered a selection of major stores (similar to those you can buy over the counter).
Everything went brilliantly until the card and gift came to be sent as they never appeared with the recipient. (I'm unsure if this was my fault as maybe I entered the wrong email - once the card has been sent, I couldn't see what email I'd entered to check if it was my mistake.) However, I contacted customer services and they sorted everything out straight away.
