“It's a great way of getting people to sign the card virtually, however it can be a bit fiddly and painful to add gifs and images to the card. Also, it's not very intuitive when two people happen to sign the card at the same time. I found that messages were overlapping and I'd have to spend some time re-jigging everything to accommodate all messages”
“It was easy to get the card created. However, it was not easy to move the text boxes to other pages when they overlapped other text boxes. Also, when I previewed the card, the emojis all turned into square boxes.”
“Generally my experience has been good. However the most recent card was sent (by email) very early and it spoilt the surprise! When I was asked if I wanted to reschedule, I did so but the sent card was not recalled. Slightly frustrating......”
Hey Susan, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review and for your feedback! Unfortunately, once a delivery email has been sent there is little we can do to recall it. However, after reading your review we wanted to see if we could find a workaround. We have now updated the site so that if you reschedule a card after it has been sent to the recipient, they will not be able to see the card and its contents and will instead see a message saying that the card has been locked and to await a subsequent delivery email. We hope that this will help to preserve the element of surprise for the updated delivery date :)
We normally send a delivery reminder email 24 hours before the card is due to be delivered however we found a bug that stopped this from sending that has now been fixed.
