“I just prefer the whole concept of online education, attending a strange building where there may not be parking available, being unavoidably late, which I hate and the food is always dire. I was able to obtain the certificate I need in comfortable surroundings and at times that suited me. Luckily I didn't need to use the tutor but it was reassuring to know help was there if I required it. I also appreciated the alacrity of the system, if I need a certificate to facilitate something, I need it now not in 12 weeks. I also take copious notes (it's just the way I learn) and it was much easier to move onto the next page at my pace and not a teachers. Thank You”

Many thanks for this. I can't see a record of any communications that indicated you were unhappy we our service or the course itself. And I can see from the results that you did very well in the end of course test. Is the not being happy to do with the circumstances why you took the course, rather than anything we have done? Thanks again.

“Communication from HSQE was second to none . I had my log in details within an hour . I was informed that my assessement project was marked within 24 hours of submitting. Informed my certificate is being sent out. The course I did was informative and well presented. I would highly recommend HSQE and not just because they was the cheapest for my course but the level of service”

“I undertook an IOSH managing safety course with HSQE. This took me 8 hours of online work which saved my company time and money. The course was structured really well. I enjoyed the flow of the course and was fully engaged with the content. The mock exams were a great help and the final project gave me a good oportunity to reflect on my own work practices. The customer service and support was excellent. I would fully recomend this course to my company as a standard training package at managerial level.”

“IOSH managing safely course easy to navigate around. Periodic quizzes were very useful. Mock tests also great. Went at my own pace. Re-covered areas where i thought i needed to. Would defiantly recommend. Highly impressed, subsequently did two more courses after. Thank you and will definitely use again :-)”
