“The quality of the material was good and easily understandable. My acceptable rating is because the platform was basic and I was expecting something a bit more interactive, with more visuals and more assessments at the end of each section. I did an online change management qualification last year which I felt delivered the material better.”

Many thanks for your feedback Julia. Yes, it's a deliberate strategy that we follow to keep the training materials and learning platform simple. The reason is because our customer feedback has indicated that many of our courses are taken on low-powered devices (like older smartphones and tablets) and often with weak internet connections. We've found that our current design model means the greatest number of customers can complete the courses and assessments with the least amount of issues. It is a fair point though and we'll take it into account when we introduce topics that we anticipate will only be taken on high powered devices with strong internet connections.

“Excellent. I was struggling to fit the course I needed in between my work commitments, and didn't really fancy spending my annual leave sitting in a stuffy classroom anyway. Best of all the course was so much cheaper with HSQE. I received my certificate today, just a week after the course completion. I would definitely recommend.”

“The course was laid out in coherent, easily digestible chunks which made the studying less of a chore and more of a series of interesting discoveries. The bonus content included was also valuable and didn’t feel gimmicky or unimportant. The response times and customer service were also top notch. I would definitely recommend this program to anyone interested in developing a foundation in HSE.”

“I think and in consideration of the target audience i.e. Directors & Executives, the complexity of the questions could be enhanced and the amount could be increased to cover all aspects of the course. This is to make sure the user reviews all areas of the course. I thought the commitments idea was a good one and showed how the cycle interlinks and that all can have a positive effect on health & safety. I thought the questions within the text were a good overall a good course I think”

“Good idea certainly. Enhances safety awareness. Drives through some clear important messages. But exams can be designed with more modern methods and sometimes the questions can be understood in different ways, leading one to not agree with any of the choices given for the answers.”

“Really good course very much enjoyed with fantastic in detail slideshows. Finished my test the day after I started and actually forgot my notes which had an effect on my test but because of the way things were put forward I managed to soak up more than enough knowledge to help me :)”
