“I recently completed several qualifications with HSQE Ltd, including Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Awareness, Fire Warden (Fire Marshal) Training, Food Safety and Hygiene for Retail (Level 2), IOSH Managing Safely, Mental Health Awareness for Managers, and Stress Awareness for Managers. Overall, I found the course content easy to follow and understand, which made the learning process straightforward. However, I did encounter a technical issue with the course navigation. It wouldn't work correctly on Google Chrome, even though my browser was fully updated. I had to switch to Microsoft Edge to access the courses, which, thankfully, resolved the problem and wasn't a significant inconvenience in the end. Despite this minor technical hitch, I'm pleased with the qualifications I've gained through HSQE Ltd (VitalSkills.co.uk)”

Thank you for your feedback Richard. Regarding the technical issue you mentioned with Chrome: we do all we reasonably can to ensure compatibility across all major browsers. However, individual browser settings can occasionally affect how content displays or functions. “The course is clear and easy to follow. Website is a bit outdated and have to get use to it, but after that it is fine. The modules covered all the required information for the test to pass. It was good I could review the modules to memorise them. All in all a good experience and I learnt a lot from it. This knowledge is suitable not just for workplace but for everyday life as well. I could participate in this course only because it is online and can be done in smaller sections. Not time limited.”

“The IOSH course was very straightforward and easy to understand. As long as each module is carefully reviewed along with the common failures it proves to be an incredibly useful course for managing health and safety. More importantly, it clearly teaches the importance of RAMS and how to create them with ease.”

“All the course material was easily accessable and understandable and the dashboard was easy to navigate. The topics were educational and relevant, so felt well prepared for the end of course test and project. Overall there was little stress in navigating the course and how to complete it. “Good course, I could work through it at my own pace and to suit my workload which is very important to me. Covered the main points well and allowed me to complete the end of module assessment. It felt like there was support available if I'd needed it. Everything worked well from logging in through to the submission of the final piece of work.”
