“The course was helpful and extensive, covering all that is required from a H&S perspective. However, I work in Housing Management and there was little emphasis on that aspect of housing - this is not necessarily a criticism of the course but a consideration as I am sure a lot of housing providers require all staff to complete and a module on managing estates/customer visits would be helpful. The risk awareness session was a bit long and took a lot of clicking.”

“Genuinely outstanding service. The process of signing up for courses, completing them, performing assessments/projects and receiving results is straightforward and very efficient. I would in particular like to commend the content of the courses. I have taken several and learned something new and surprising on every one. The content is relevant, not repetitive, and organized to maximize understanding and retention.”

“Very good service, I prefer online learning as I can tailor sessions to fit in with my busy daily/weekly schedule. IOSH M.S. was very informative. I passed the exam with 55/60 and now I am just waiting to find out the results of the practical (risk assessment) part, which I sent off to the tutors last night.”

“I used the IOSH Managing Safely +5 bundle which was sent immediately on payment with simple user instructions. set up and system interface straightforward. courses content was not overwhelming and the ability to revisit pages with the 190 day time limit was useful. I found the e-learning preferable to attending a few days compressed course with the pressure of an assessment looming. overall a good experience adding to my skill base which is appreciated by my employer.”
