“Very good course, nicely set out and easy to navigate through. Looks daunting at first when you see the amount of presentations to sit through and the exercises but the content is nice and easy to follow and focuses on the key principles.”

“The course was clear to follow and provided an appopritare refresher for my IOSH qualification. Communication was easy and clear with the team, after I had some issues signing in this was resolved immediately by Jenny.”

“A really constructive and well put together online training package. It was easy to navigate and was laid out in a very logical order to build on the subject being delivered. The online 'help' facility and 'in-person' contact that I required was easy and very helpful. I would recommend VitalSkills as a training deliverer in the future.”

“Hi I like the delivery style of the course and I found the content useful and easy to understand. As my role is office based a lot of the content whilst interesting is not directly rlevant to my role and maybe a more tailored (and therefore shorter) course might be of more practical use. Overall a good course.”

“I thought the course was very good, it was made a lot easier as I could drop in and complete a section in my own time rather than it being set for me. If I was tasked with doing any other courses I would be more than happy to use Vitalskills.co.uk”

“Very user friendly and easily manageable bite-sized chunks. Can be a bit repetitive with only powerpoints and one video to view and review in subsequent powerpoints. More videos with practical demonstrations of the correct thing to do i.e. in the moving and handling section, would be helpful to show what the powerpoint is talking about. The exercises were explained well and laid out in an easy to read manner. All the tutors I interacted with were very friendly and helpful with explaining any queries and usually got back to me within 24 hours of the email, usually less time than that. Overall, a very concise and helpful course with all the relevant information presented in a clear and easy to read manner.”

“I was very impressed with the service i received. Sam Blow helped a lot with quick response, even on the weekend which in return saved me waiting to hear back instead i was able to action straight away! Top marks!”
