“All the information required to pass the course set out in a clear easy to follow format, also liked the way you can skip back & forward so if there's anything your not sure on you can go back & have another look at it. Overall very good.”

“Having just completed my IOSH Managing Safely course, I was very impressed with the ease of undertaking the online course at my own pace and at times that suited my busy workload. My submission of the end of course project was responded to within 24 hours, which I was amazed to see. I thoroughly recommend HSQE for this course and look forward to completing the 5 Free courses provided with my subscription.”

“Excellent Value for money HSQE LTD are excellent training provider, their online platform was easy to use. I completed IOSH Managing Safety qualification. The Tutor Sam was great gave back excellent feedback. Marking for the assignment was marked day you send them by email with feedback. I look forward to studying future safety courses with HSQE LTD.”

“Good deal with bundle of courses added to main course purchased adding value for money. Easy platform to navigate. Courses are of a hiugh standard and can br taken in your own time, relieving a pressure.”

“The course was ok, although much of the content could be accessed online and this could be 100% online based. There was lots of wasted time and too many breaks. The tutor was lovely but didn't keep the pace of learning going.”

Our course, as advertised on https://hsqe.co.uk/courses/iosh-managing-safely/ , is designed to be undertaken by the student directly, 100% online, at their own pace, at a time and place that suits them, without the need to be tutor-led. Our online course contains all the information that a student needs to complete their course, so we expressly prohibit external tutors from getting involved in its delivery. Our course is not designed to be tutor-led or have activities set outside of what is provided online. The pace should be dictated by the learner and not include breaks set by someone else. Indeed, to use our materials in that way is a breach of our terms and conditions (T&Cs) of sale, which must be agreed upon on purchase and are available to view at: https://hsqe.co.uk/terms-and-conditions/ Based on the information you provided, we are treating your experience as a potential breach of our T&Cs. We have identified who purchased the course that you undertook and have contacted them for comment. Their, and their other student’s, access to our learning materials have been suspended while we conduct our investigation. We will contact you separately to understand more about what occurred. Once again, thank you for bringing this to our attention.

“The platform provided by HSQE Ltd is very easy to use and intructions are provided through-out the training problem. During the training, there were a number of mock quiz to help you, and this prepared you for the final exam. The package was "death by power point", and eventhough I did pass, I would of enjoyed more interactive exercises and videos to help break it up.”
