“The course was really easy to follow and understand, I was able to go through it at my own convenience and at my own pace, and repeat any section I wasn't sure of, the support was great. I received a really fast reply to any emails sent to the tutors. I would recommend this to anyone who is considering the course.”

“As this was a course you had to do online it was something that I would keep putting off. so the time you had to complete it in ended up the last 4-5 weeks before the time was out. I think there should be an email sent out on a regular basis to try and motivate you into getting on and completing the course or a least prompting you that the count down has begun and you have so many days left to complete. when I started though I did enjoy doing the work.”

Many thanks Simon. This is a tough one for us. For every person that needs a bit of motivation and welcomes a gentle reminder, there is a person (or two) that takes exception to it! The current setup is that after sending out the initial welcome emails, we wait for the student to contact us if they have any questions. If we do not hear anything, we send a reminder 4-6 weeks before the course is due to end. Given your feedback, we are going to run a trial where we send out a communication between the welcome and the 4-6 week warning. If it goes well, we will extend it both in terms of coverage and frequency. Thanks again!

“Online training course is very easy to access, easy to pass, but you still need to make some notes - it's essential. Sometimes it takes bit too long to load next training slide with data and I would suggest to improve this by using better script which runs faster. After all whole course nice and easy and if you need help - just send an email to your tutor - for sure you'll get an answer same day or next day the latest.”

Many thanks for your feedback. The point about time to load the next slide is one that we are constantly working on. While we optimise the course scripts and images the best we can, unfortunately it is the nature of online training that the speed of your local internet connection can slow things down for you (especially on mobile devices such as tablets or smart phones). But thanks again, all feedback is valid.

“The course was well constructed. The one complaint I have is that a few of the assessment test questions were ambiguous. Otherwise the course was very instructive”

“Supplying a relatively easy to navigate course material, although I must just say that the manner in which some of the questions were written was not the easiest to understand. “It was a good course that shed more light on mostly if not all hazards on construction which I found better compared to other health and safety courses. Also the health and safety matrix was very expansive and self explanatory. Kudos lads”

“The Course package was well constructed and broken into manageable sections which could be undertaken in discreet time-boxed periods of my choosing. Of particular note was the support that was offered through the designated tutor system and although I did not need to use this service it was useful to know that it was available.”
