“Ordered a completely different product from what was sent when I told HSD this their response was don't accept it and send it back. I would have thought that dealing with the mistake at the start would have been more appropriate. My problem has now been sorted by the company so I am satisfied now.”

“I already have 4 HSD radiators. The most used one packed up after about 8 years. Good delivery on its replacement. Over the years the op system had become computerised. I am not finding it easy to use. I am again surprised how quickly technology, it's assumptions and its jargon leave old blokes like me behind. The instructions are not easy to decipher - I will get the hang of them in time but initially I do not find them easy. You may wish to consider the efficacy of your current instructions.”

“Arrived broken the handle lever was snapped so I couldn't use it at all. I did have a spare bottle with a handle that did work so I just put the liquid in that and used it instead of going through the hassle of getting a replacement. The product did work, but it was given broken.”
