Waited over 1 hour to find driver he was not at the exit with the name plate . Did not answer his phone . This has happened twice now last year driver took us wrong hotel and left us there to get another taxi . So we will not be using this service again .

I found the booking process very difficult. I forgot my password and emailed you twice for the code to reset and am still awaiting a reply. I however intended to make booking and submitted all, however I received reply that “an error occurred and no money was taken” which I sincerely hope is the case.

had a booking for transfer to airport, unfortunately the time was not correct and I needed to make an amendment. Unfortuantely it would not allow me to make an amendment and said I had to cancel. Yes I cancelled but it them said that I would loose my deposit, I had paid an extra amount not to loose this. I think it is a SCAM. Very disappointed with the service received. Kept on askign the same questions from the chat box.

Dreadful, driver turned up too early to collect us from airport then left without us, we had to get a taxi, then came four hours early for our return to airport so we had a eight hour wait for our flight, I would never use them again, I paid for luxury transfer for a anniversary treat for the Mrs and received nothing of the sort, was a shambles, I complained and they are saying it's my fault for booking errors, they made the times from my flight detail, never again.

Very bad service was left stranded the transfer don’t turn up on arrival in Istanbul I was being told by hoppa to call the driver when I done this he rejected numerous calls ignoring my texts aswell and I was waiting over 2 hours I then was given another number to call who said transfer was cancelled and for me to get a taxi myself and pay (again after paying hoppa) for a service I didn’t receive on the departure from the hotel no transfer turned up again and I had to pay again although hoppa was insisting my transfer would be provided again given a number to call the driver same number as before where they reject calls and say call another number who doesn’t answer and we couldn’t afford to battle them at hoppa as the pick up time they give us was not allowing time to try to sort it out last minute as we would of missed our flight so after a short time waiting we got another taxi so it’s now cost us a lot more than it should of we contacted hpppa and Elife and nothing back yet only emails saying it’s being looked into I have photos and proof and receipts of it all inc conversations with idiots who failed to fix things

Tried 5 times to book my transfer unsuccessfully. Unable to log in so then tried as a guest only to have money taken and immediately refunded! Not impressed

I booked but had the return time wrong had to cancel the booking 3hours later and rebook.they have said I won’t get my deposit back even though I rebooked it.Ripping off customers

Absolutely terrible service. Unable to speak to a human at any point. I made the booking as as I clicked to make the payment I noticed I should have put the 9th March not 14th March. I clicked make amendment to booking within seconds of making the initial payment to then be charged £38 admin fee to change the date. The cost of the transfer was exactly the same it was just a fee to make amendment, which is shocking given it was 3 months in advance and I had only made the booking 30 seconds before. Also how they charge an admin fee when I did it myself online. I tried contacting them a number of times via phone, email, chat but all are AI Bots.. and just kept saying you can your booking on line.... So I was unable to speak to anyone about the additional £38 that I thought was unfair.

Pick up from Paris airport to Paris central was perfect. Only 59 euros for a 45 minute trip.. Unfortunately left a wallet behind, 19 hour flight earring nearly at midnight and delays getting out of airport. Driver clearly didn't check we had all our belongings. Asked to check within 5 mins of drop off, found it and returned in 15 minutes. Hoppa charged us 50 Euros for the privilege and still waiting for a receipt. Locals are saying 20 would have been exorbitant. Just reconsider your booking with them.

The hosstess gave poor and worng information at the arrival at the airport, the drivers dropped us on the wrong adress contacted. On the return hoppa didnt show up the the informed hour and address! We were forced to ask a táxi to go to the airport! I tried to WhatsApp, email and call the provided local number for asssitance and no reply was provided. Horrible service!

We booked a transfer from our hotel to the airport for a departure date on the Friday and the flight time 5pm on the Sunday prior to this date We didn’t get a confirmation text 24 hours before so I contacted them to be told it was booked but hadn’t confirmed a collection time, On the morning of departure with still no confirmation I phoned and was told it wasn’t assigned but I would definitely get a call back within the hour After no call I booked a private transfer from the hotel as the transfer time was 2 hours and the flight was due to leave at 5pm When we landed in the UK I had two missed calls at 5pm Turkish time Clearly they misunderstood the pick up time for a flight at 5pm. Very unhappy with this service and have paid twice

Watch out for the 'Executive car option' scam! They offer an executive car at a premium price, but only provide a standard car. When questioned, they say it was down to the cab company used. What they don't tell you is that the cab company -Elife- actually owns Hoppa. A dishonest company that I would avoid at all costs, especially when there are plenty of other genuine companies to choose from.

No show! Waiting in Benalmádena to go to Malaga airport. Waited beyond the 15 minutes recommended by Hoppa. No text or call. Finally took a local taxi which turned out to be much cheaper than Hoppa. We have used (Resort)Hoppa for years but the last few times the service has been very poor. Never again!

Booked and paid for transport from cruise port with Hoppa 2 adults 2 kids and cases. The company sent a car that was too small. Unable to get the suitcases in The driver said two of us must get a taxi. Queued in taxi line the cost was $160 Australian I have asked Hoppa to reimburse they have offered $28 Absolutely disgusting company. Zero care factor

Hoppa somehow allowed us to book a location that automatically changed, would not help us, would not compensate us, and it's been over a month. We booked a very specific location in Florence from the Port of Rome. I printed out the paper in black and white and the driver would not accept it. They insisted that we booked the Rome city center, which is not true. We were forced to spend hundreds of Euro to get back where we needed to be, broken luggage, and I ended up breaking my hand. Hoppa does not care. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM.

Booked(Loveholidays) who use Hoppa for Transfers for pickup and drop off from Airport to Hotel and return. Recived message advising that someone from RTS Travel would be picking us up - No one at the Airport and number supplied invalid(someone at the airport tried ringing the number for me as well in case it was my uk number) tried messaging the number but of no use advised to get a Taxi and claim back. I tired contacing RTS but no response - I asked Hoppa about my return pickup and advised this should be okay - Guess what no taxi so grab a Hala from the hotel. Assume Hoppa doesn`t believe in following up with the company in Dubai to see what the issue was. If your traveling to Dubai dont bother booking with Hoppa its cheaper to take a Hala Taxi from the Airport. Have claimed the money back from Loveholidays.
