“I ordered and payed for this item on the 30th of November and have still not received them by the 13th of December. 6 small items that would fit in a small envelope. Where Are They?”

Dear Roger, Following from my email to you last night, your order was placed at 17:52 on 30.11.22, we dispatched the next day on 01.12.22 via Royal Mail Tracked 24, I have supplied the tracking number and a manifest sheet showing this was the case. An order dispatched email was also sent to you on 01.12.22 at 13:55 that provided the tracking number. Unfortunately, the 1st December was a Strike day for Royal Mail, your parcel was therefore collected on Friday 2nd, so processing would have been caught up following that strike day. Sadly, Royal Mail did not then scan your parcel until the 9th (another strike day) and now today the 13th it is on its way to your local delivery office. I completely understand when deliveries are late, it is frustrating for both customer and merchant, we work hard to ensure our orders are dispatched in accordance with our stated timescales, with your order standard delivery is advised as between 2 and 4 working days, unfortunately the strike days involved since your order was dispatched have extended this schedule, for this I can only offer my apologies.
