“I was pleased with the order which was mostly well packed and arrived in excellent condition. The exception was the brush and dustpan set which although although carefully wrapped arrived with a bit missing from the dustpan. I mention this because I suspect the dustpan was just too flimsy to be suitable for sending as part of a parcel. I suggest you delete the item from your lists.”

“Good, reliable, quick delivery service. prices are good too with a low (£15) threshold for free postage. Some of the items that I ordered are a little disappointing...... poor quality, but, if you buy cheap, you have to expect that.”

“Easy to order. Promptly despatched. The only issue I had was with delivery company. Tracking showed that my parcel kicked around for a couple of days in their depot until they finally handed it on to Royal Mail for delivery. Apart from that pleased with the transaction.”

“It was a speedy process and I am pleased with the products. But, I found the website inscrutable and difficult to work out. It may have been because I was using my iPad, but I had to ring up in the end and ask advise on ordering online. I don't usually have trouble. Would definitely use again and I found the prices very reasonable. Thank you.”
