“My order was for a heated blanket and heated throw, both meant to be delivered by DHL. Unfortunately there was delivery chaos during the xmas period due to postal strikes, many couriers were overwhelmed, including Homefront's chosen courier DHL. I had quite a bit of problem getting my order delivered, but one phone call to Emma at Homefront and all was sorted! She contacted DHL for progress and tracking info, sent a new order with next day delivery and phoned me every single day to update me on the delivery progress. My order was delivered shortly after Emma had done her magic. She was absolutely brilliant, went over and above her remit to get my order delivered. The best after-sales service I have ever received. Thank you very much Emma”

“I'm very happy with this product and wish I'd bought one years ago! I can get a full load dry in 12 hours. It's all about the way you hang your load on to it and I turn mine and rehang after 6 hours.”

“I am delighted with this item. My reason for buying it was to air my ironing when I have done a massive wash this means that I do not have items lying about before I can put them away. It works for me. I also like the fact that it folds up when you have finished using it and out away out of sight 10/10 thank you”
