A week after ordering with no email noting item posted, I emailed to ask when to expect delivery and it wasn’t posted until after my email. Very disappointed. But nice item and liked it once it arrived

The items are nice but overpriced, but the main concern is that after using your website, I was hacked through my order with you, and thankfully my credit card company and the companies that the scammer tried to buy from with my credit card, were quick to stop the scams. Therefore, I won't be able to shop with your company again.

We have received your review, thank you, we would like to assure you that we take the security of our site very seriously and we have a number of security steps in place to minimise the possibility of any personal details being accessed or hacked. Our website is built using Shopify software and it is also hosted by Shopify. Whilst it is possible for any website to be hacked, Shopify is extremely secure with a wide variety of safety features built in to protect customer data, and this is one reason why it is one of the most popular ecommerce platforms in the world. Shopify is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. In addition, at checkout a customer does not enter card details whilst on our website but only once transferred to our payment processor, meaning that we never have access to customer credit card details and these are therefore not recorded anywhere on our website. Hi I have emailed a query regarding my order and asked a question of how to return items as the order did not have returns information. I have not received any further information regarding this. I am not happy with the service.

Long returns process. Royal Mail tracking shows that you’ve received my return on the 15th June but I haven’t received any information from homecolours regarding the return. Rang customer services and advised returns take between 7 and 14 days but didn’t make any effort to look into my order specifically. Will order from an alternative retailer in the future.

Dear Louisa, thank you for your review and we are very sorry you were disappointed in our returns process. I can see your return was processed and refunded on the 23rd June so it took 6 working days . Our website does state refunds may take up to 14 days to process, normally they are much faster within a day or two. In your case you ordered a particularly large item and you reported a fault with it, therefore our QC team needed to check the item thoroughly on checking back in, just because of its size this took a little longer than normal. In addition COVID-19 has meant our returns processing is taking a little longer due to additional processes in place to safeguard our staff members. Many thanks Customer team
