Long returns process. Royal Mail tracking shows that you’ve received my return on the 15th June but I haven’t received any information from homecolours regarding the return.
Rang customer services and advised returns take between 7 and 14 days but didn’t make any effort to look into my order specifically.
Will order from an alternative retailer in the future.
