“Really can’t fault Home Flair Decor! Ordering was easy and the customer service was fantastic! I hadn’t ordered enough paper and sent an email plus left a message. At 9am someone called me straight back amended my order which was then with me within a few days …. Great !!!”

“I purchase 9 rolls of Wallpaper at £14 per roll the decorator used 3 rolls and found a fault and we decided to return the unused 6 rolls explaining the fault at a cost to me of £42 the returned rolls value £84 I received a refund of £78 the meanies kept £6 despite the fact that I lost 3 rolls so Home Flair Decor have no consideration at all for their customers so be warned bunch of money grabbing meanies under cover of restocking they should have sent me proper paper in the first place,. they do not deserve your business shocking money grabbers sending out faulty goods then have the brass neck to charge a restocking fee”

The six rolls that have been received have been processed and refunded in full as requested, no restocking fee has been applied to your in date return. (£13.50 per roll) No roll labels or samples were included with your return for them to be examined, we cannot investigate your concern without anything evidence. “THE GENTLEMAN I SPOKE TO ON THE PHONE WAS MOST HELPFUL I GAVE HIM THE MEASUREMENTS OF THE ROOM I WAS TO DECORATE AND HE WORKED OUT HOW MANY ROLLS I WOULD REQUIRE A PLEASURE TO DO BUSINESS WITH”

“Great service, prompt delivery. My only issue was that the rolls of border were sealed with sticky tape, which tore the border when I opened it, so I had to cut 15cm off the beginning of each roll, afffecting the pattern match. However, that a product issue, not a service flaw. I found the communication excellent and my border arrived more quickly than I expected”

“I have used Home Flair Decor to purchase wall paper on several occasions. The pictures of the patterns are helpful, as it gives an idea of how the room will look. I always get wallpaper samples and these help with selecting my final choice. A wallpaper calculator is helpful to estimate how many rolls of paper will be required. Ordering is simple and delivery is quick. The wallpaper is well packed but packaging is not excessive.”

“Thank you for the prompt supply of wallpaper samples. They are lovely wallpapers but I couldn’t decide what colour to go for and sorry to say that I did find one elsewhere that I hope will be better for our living room. I will not hesitate to buy from you when we look at decorating another room and would certainly recommend your excellent customer service.”
