“Haven't put my paper up yet but I was so pleased to have such wide choice of vymura paper. I love a thick wallpaper. Ordering was easy and it came on time and was well packed up. Would use this company again.”

“Wallpaper arrived damaged. Had a recurring dent which wasn’t easy to see before pasting but very apparent on the wall. Used 1m before stopping immediately and letting the company know of the fault, all within a few days of delivery. Home Flair Decor didn’t want to know, claiming it was a “hanging error”. Complete nonsense. Ignorant of the most basic principles of consumer law. Avoid these guys and their non-existent customer service, and take your money elsewhere.”

“I will be returning 2 of the 3 rolls I purchased. extremely hard to apply even following all instructions re paste soaking time. Bubbled in all places and would not change. Installed by decorator who stated it was the worst paper he had installed. So after one wall stopped due to not as expected. Will be asking to return other 2 rolls”

“Had to re-order more wallpaper explained the situation why and asked about returns policy as it was the Friday before christmas and it was esitmated to arrive on 24/12/24. My decorator wasn't working in between Christmas and New year so the work wouldn't start till the New Year. Returns policy within 28 days from ordering date but would probably be-able to extend to end of January due to the BH over the Christmas period. I called today to be told I couldn't have a refund as 10 days late. It was 34 days from recieving the goods and we had 3 BH as well. I wouldn't recommend to family or friends, not great customer service. Very disappointed.”

“I had been looking for a feature wall paper I knew what colours I wanted and was fed up looking when home flair showed up on my facebook and the first thing I saw was the paper I bought, I ordered it straight away and it was delivered within a couple of days well done, I have told my sister to check you out as she has just moved into a new home and the whole place needs decorating.”
