“Hollybeck were as helpful with my remortgage as the first time I used them to buy my house. They helped look at the various remortgaging offers and were helpful with advice about the changing rates. Good communication and clear explanation of when information was needed and the app was very helpful for staying in touch with the advisor. Excellent service as ever”

“We have being using Hollybeck for several years for various properties - new mortgages, Rental properties and remortgages. I have found them to be, helpful, professional, patient and extremely knowledgeable. We recently completed a self-build and the customer care over those 2 years of the build has been nothing but first-rate, I truly believe without them we would not have been able to complete our dream home. “We used Hollybeck for our initial mortgage and didn’t hesitate to use them again when it came to our remortgage! Kate, Janine and Sarah have all been brilliant throughout the process, with clear communication (no jargon!) and timely updates at every stage. Sarah also helped us review and renew our insurances to make sure they meet the needs of our growing family, and made the process so simple. “My Son recommended Hollybeck to ourselves and we were not disappointed. Fiona from Hollybeck answered our call for help and although it wasn’t an easy ask of her she stuck with it (sometimes it was exasperating for her and ourselves) and saw it through to completion.
