“Company don't answer the phones, don't reply to emails and recorded delivery letters. Skip needs collecting but can't get in contact for someone to collect. The appalling service is now holding up building work. Do not recommend.”

“Awful experience, booked my skip for a Monday delivery, when no one showed up I called them and they said that was not booked in ... then they could only delivery it. a few days later... for pick up no one contacted me to book this in they just showed up one day and picked up the skip when I called them and explained that this was not booked in and I still need the skip they said is not their problem ... I do not reccomend them”

“Booked a skip for Saturday morning as I was travelling down from London to clear our the property. I called the day before to verify the skip would be there and they confirmed it would. Arrived the following morning and no skip. Called and was told that it was actually booked in for Monday (which had never been discussed). Lady on the phone said she would see if she could get another driver to drop a skip and she would call me back. Of course she never did... I called back and the next person I spoke to said she didn't think they actually delivered to that area (so why take the booking in the first place?!?!). I then asked to cancel the booking and for a receipt of cancellation via email. As with everything else, that never turned up either. If you need a skip or any kind of waste collection, avoid this company at all costs!”
