About Hetty's Herbs & Plants:

We are a family owned and run online business based in the flat Lincolnshire Fens. Selling a wide selection of potted herbs and plants all year round. Our plants are all grown locally and are all individually hand selected by us for your order so that great care is taken to send out the best quality plants. All orders are picked within 24 hours of being dispatched, carefully packaged by hand and sent via a 24 delivery service to ensure that your plants are fresh on delivery to you. “Whilst I have always been and continue to be impressed with the range and quality of herbs on your website the recent increase to the delivery charges means I am unlikely to place further orders in the future.”

Hi Jan, thank you for your feedback. That's great to hear that you are impressed with the range and quality of our herbs. Unfortunately, we have needed to review our delivery charges and I am sorry to hear this means you are unlikely to order from us in the future. Whilst our delivery charges have increased for the very smallest orders, for some the charge is less. For example orders over £30 the delivery fee is now £5 rather than £6 and free delivery is now available for all orders over £50 rather than previously £100. I hope we will see you shop again with us at Hetty's.

“love the Indian Mint and will be ordering some more. The other mint is doing fine if I don't pick it all at once, I put it in iced water to drink when the weather is hot ! Most of the Thymes are doing ok, except for the ones my cat slept on ! Very good plants.”
