“After being let down the day before our move by a large franchise of removals, Roberts & Denny’s stepped up to save the day. Less than 3-hrs after first contact they had a crew of packers at our house packing ready for our cross London move the next morning. On moving day they were prompt and everything was handled brilliantly. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Thanks again.”

“We have just moved from London to Devon and the service we received from Roberts & Denny was outstanding- from the initial meeting to the paperwork and the day of removal - it took a lot of the stress and anxiety out of the process . We were particularly impressed with the professionalism/ enthusiasm/ courtesy and support from the team who traveled down with us to move us into the new house- a word of thanks to big Steven, Jack and john the driver - who are a great team”

“Absolutely first class service! The men were extremely helpful and very kind. I felt very emotional when they arrived but they put my mind at rest and they made all the difference to the whole moving experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. I can’t speak highly enough of them. Excellent very hard working men.”

“A truly customer focussed company. Complete peace of mind from the initial meet for the quote to the packing and relocation of our belongings from London to Scotland. The staff in the office were extremely welcoming when we attended for more packing boxes and also made it easy to organise the move actual date. The moving team worked timely and extremely efficiently, and must be kings of the old game Tetris when you saw how they packed the vehicle. On arriving in Scotland, the removal of our belongings into storage was just as slick. Terrific guys and with a cracking sense of humour. I cannot recommend Roberts and Denny's highly enough. “From day one they could not be more helpful. Even thought I phoned a number of times they always made me feel valued. On the day of our move they were early, quick and efficient. We can not praise them enough. We would strongly recommend them to anyone.”

“Initially visited by Ali who completely put my mind at rest about my impending move. Crew of young men turned up early on the due date. Everything was in the van within an hour. Lorry was at my new property when I arrived. Young chaps unloaded as quick as they loaded. Most impressive. They worked really hard, were helpful and I have only praise for the efficient way they carried out my move. There were no problems at all. I would highly recommend the firm, Ali and the young team. My friend who is waiting exchange of contract and completion intends to use Roberts & Denny's with hopefully the same young chaps. She would be daft if she didn't! The firm was recommended by a very grateful friend who told me they were excellent.”

“A big thank you to Roberts and Denny for their service on 3rd July. They were efficient and hard working. We were amazed at how quickly they got the job done and no breakages too! They were accommodating - we were not sure of the move date, but pencilled it into the diary. On the day itself, they turned up on time and everything went so smoothly. Can't praise them enough. A fantastic service that we highly recommend.”

“Amazing service from the team who helped move my elderly, parents, one of whom is disabled, into a retirement village last week. They were polite, courteous, patient and understanding. They moved items carefully and efficiently. They were very respectful even protecting the flooring in the lift of the new property and happy to move the heavy items of furniture a couple of times as my parents deliberated where they wanted them positioned! Nothing was too much trouble. I am very impressed with the level of customer service. I highly recommend and would definitely use them again. Thanks guys”

“An altogether great service. They packed up our belongings so quickly while also helping to pack up items we hadn't got round to ourselves, all with a great and friendly attitude. They also unloaded all our belongings in super quick time despite having to deal with difficult circumstances(unloading in a small lane). Everyone who helped on both days were extremely friendly and I would highly recommend them. They definitely took a lot of stress out of moving.”

“My wife and I used Roberts & Denny’s to move in May 2019. From initially making contact to book in their services right through to move day (around 4 week period) the communication was excellent and clear. The Office Manager was able to advise on any particular need we had. The team that turned up (3 chaps plus company owner to oversee) were punctual and attentive. A professional swift service provided which surprised my wife and I how quickly they were able to remove our belongings out of the house into the van well ahead of midday. When returning in the afternoon to the new house, again on time with clear communication, the guys were able to place all items exactly where we needed in our new home - nothing was too much of an ask. This was all achieved on one of the hottest days in May with a polite and professional attitude. I’d certainly recommend using R&D in the future to anyone that requires their services.”

“Can't praise Ali and his team enough for our house move. Such a helpful friendly and professional service and unbelievably efficient. The guys went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. All our furniture was protected with covers and every item stored and unloaded with amazing speed and extreme care. The guys worked tirelessly it was a long day but they gave 100% and never lost their wonderful sense of humour which kept us all happy. What I expected to be a really stressful day actually turned out to be quite enjoyable thanks to a really brilliant team of guys. If you're planning a house move look no further than Roberts and Dennys to provide a great service from start to finish. Sincere thanks.”
