“There's a reason Robert and Denny's has such a high rating...and it's not because they're paying bots to make it so. I rarely leave reviews, so no hyperbole: brilliant company. Great, clear communication in the first instance to set up the move. Then on the day: super quick, extremely communicative and intuitive. In terms of picking up, straight to work and so speedy, whilst being highly sensitive to your belongings. When you get to your new place, same again, but also getting immediately get to re-fitting your appliances: fridge, wardrobes, etc. Not a side note, because this is actually important: on such a stressful day, the guys are such a pleasure to be around. Funny, kind and clearly guys who've worked with each other a great deal. So, yes, you can have efficient movers come round and be the height of serious professionalism, but when you add into the mix guys who make you smile, it revolutionises that otherwise intense day. Best decision I made for this house move. If only my conveyancers were as competent and pleasant...”

“Thank you for an amazing friendly, efficient and inclusive service. James, Adam and Coxy (best packer award) did a great job along with several other team members who came to help pack and then unpack (Elliot and Danny) our house - our first move in 20 years! I would like to call out that when we mentioned our autistic son Ali immediately told us to ensure his boxes were marked and they would prioritise unpacking on the day. The team went above and beyond which with a husband who recently broke his arm and unable to lift definitely made a stressful event very stress free. We had a hiccup with our garage belongings coming the next morning but Ali kept us informed, turned up when he said and everything unpacked in the correct places within 40 mins. You do get the feeling that the team are invested in each move and we would certainly use them again without hesitation. Thank you very much.”

“A most amazing company from the owner Allie coming to give a fair appraisal of my needs , the efficient ladies in the office , Adam who worked extremely hard wrapping and packing. We couldn’t have had three delighted movers ,Jack , Craig and Ginger ticked every box . I really don’t think I could get any better what ever I paid . “I called Claire at Robert and Dennys, quite close to our move date, and she was incredibly helpful with planning dates that worked. Communication was easy and very friendly. The team turned up, as planned, in good time and set to work immediately. The job was probably more involved that first thought and a team of 3 became a team of 7 quickly. The guys were a tight network of friends and colleagues. They worked incredibly hard, taking great care of all of our belongings. They were very respectful and considerate and nothing was too much trouble. The move was across 3 days and their energy and desire to help never waivered. It was 3 of the hottest days of the year - but there were no complaints and the whole job was done with great care but also good humour. A bunch of very nice, highly trustworthy guys that went above and beyond - and I would gladly recommend them to anyone. Thank you.”

“To start with, Robert & Denny's were the only removal firm that made the effort to attend our property in person which we felt went the extra mile. Other firms who quoted us just did video calls. Their quote was competitive & we appreciated their honesty regarding the size of the removal van required & what days were best to move, avoiding the weekends where possible. On the day of the move a team of 5 attended our property at the agreed time to remove our belongings & dismantle furniture. The team worked extremely hard in hot conditions & moved quickly & efficiently throughout the apartment. They were organised & communicated well between themselves. We provided teas, coffees, soft drinks & sandwiches/biscuits which they really appreciated. On arrival at our new property the team took precautions such as covers & dust sheets in order to avoid damaging floors & stairs. They remained cautious & careful the whole time they attended our property, never taking short cuts & acting with consideration. They really showed a great team ethic & we would thoroughly recommend them. Thank you for the efforts..”

“Such a professional, kind and caring company! From the ladies who answer the phone, Sam who came with the boxes and estimated what size transport I would need, and to the 3 most lovely hardworking, well mannered, cheerful lads who loaded and unloaded the van! I moved from a house in Bromley to a 3rd floor flat in Folkestone, and they worked all day, nothing was too much trouble, they were polite, caring, respectful and friendly, Mason always smiling! Joe, Jay and Mason, you're a credit to your company! Thank you for making my move less stressful on the day!”

“Such an excellent service by Ali and Clare and the guys doing the removals.We had one lorry load for all our garden stuff and a huge lorry full of our house contents. Both teams were really friendly, professional and couldn't do enough for us. Arrived bang on time and worked at amazing speed. Would highly recommend.”

“Roberts and Denny's moved us from Dartford to the Isle of Wight this week. We were quite concerned that our possessions would not fit on 1 vehicle meaning extra ferry costs etc. We needn't have worried. Ali and his team worked really hard (and efficiently) and all our house contents fitted in the one lorry. When they delivered to our new home, their efficiency and experience had it all unloaded to the correct rooms in double quick time. They were fantastic, friendly, efficient and tidy - we couldnt have asked for more.”

“We moved on 10.01.25 snd used Roberts & Denny. They were so good. Friendly, reespctful, efficient and nothing was too much trouble. I would happily recommend them and have in fact just done that for a friend. Price was good also.”
