“Just completed my counter balance FLT training course and Level 2 Warehousing with Instructor Andrew Wilkinson.I finished level 1 Warehousing with Instructor Joel Binks and Paul Ledger.All Instructors and staffs are friendly and professional.The facility is convenient. enjoyable and overall great experience. I highly recommend coming here.”

“Paul W trained us on a tele handler course. Great bloke great craic. Made it very comfortable for me being a total novice. Brilliant calm manner and let you go at your own pace. Would highly recommend this man. Course passed in 2 days. Cheers Paul”

“LGV TRAINING DO NOT USE HST NEWCASTLE- Trainer Chris shouts at you gets abusive if not follow his vague instructions. I think he is argumentitive and hard man to please on course. Not giving enough time in practical training either lost a day due to Trainer going hospital for day. I did not go into test with confidence on the day and completing the reversing exercise properly. I got no instruction about bringing my driving licence to test as I was told by CPC course that it would be done by HST not DVLA. Admin STAFF failed to tell me about licence so they blamed another half a day less instruction was my fault.”

“Just finished my CPC with Steve and he is an excellent trainer. He keeps the modules interesting and practical and you can really see he cares about his pupils. There's a lot of content to get through and I was happy Steve was our trainer. Would highly recommend.”

“I have just completed a Counter Balance course here and I can't recommend it enough. My instructor Matt Walton was brilliant, he gave clear and concise instructions whilst making it a relaxed and comfortable learning environment. He is so knowledgeable in all areas of this industry it made learning a doddle, If all training courses were like this then we'd all be forklift certified. Massive thanks Matt.”

“Excellent course with a great facility. Matt Walton, what a guy. Superb throughout, excellent trainer and one of the friendliest down to earth gentleman I have ever came across. He made the training course fun, enjoyable and overall an extremely pleasant experience. I am genuinely gutted that the training is over and I won’t be working with him anymore. I highly recommend coming here.”

“I have recently completed DGV L2 in preparation to do HGV. From the moment I walked in there I felt very welcomed from all staff. I was extremely nervous on the first do but soon relaxed thanks to staff. Norman Wise was fantastic throughout and helped me to feel comfortable. Can not fault the company. Highly recommended”

“Lovely environment to be in. Reception staff are very helpful and they really go that extra mile to help, with a smile too. Matthew, whom was my trainer, never once made me feel uncomfortable and is very much a people person, he made me feel completely at ease and I really enjoyed my time spent in his classrooms. He is most definitely an asset to Health & Safety Training Ltd. If you are looking for a company to help you, I would recommend 10/10.”

“I completed my level 1 and 2 in warehousing, i also passed my telehandlers course. The courses are brilliant for anyone wanting to further their career, the layout of the courses are broken down into small modules, so the information isn't too overwhelming. I had a different instructor for each level, and they were both brilliant. They have plenty of help and advice for any hurdles you may come across during the training. There was only 3 of us in the group so i had plenty of one on one time with the instructor, and all 3 of us passed which shows how good the training is. I would highly recommend this course to anyone wanting to gain their FLT or NPORS Telehandler's certificate.”
