“I was very happy with my training with mick. He was very patient with me even in moments when I was getting confused or talking thinking I know the answer, he was patient and carm and helped me through it all. I am glad to have had him teaching me.”

“I had a great 3 days training with my instructor Alan Hoyland. The training was clearly explained with plenty of time to practice and ask as many questions as I needed. Alan made the experience fun, and created a relaxed environment, while giving me all the information I needed to safely operate, and build my confidence on the fork lift truck. I have therefore recommended the training. Alan is a great man”

“I got my HGV and plant machinery tickets all through this centre at Palmersville. The staff outstandingly helpful with enquiries on courses, friendly and at the same time professional in their duties. I definitely recommend those taking courses in construction, warehousing or driving to try this place. A great place for learning and number one in the North East region.”

“I’ve had a couple of courses here at health and safety training my forklift and Hgv both courses went very smoothly with great helpful instructors both times! All staff are so friendly and welcoming at the Palmerville centre aswell always so happy to help! I passed both my courses first time from the great help of my instructors and would defiantly recommend this centre to anyone needing to brush up or pass any courses! Thank again to all staff and special shout out to Norman then best instructor there is!!”
