“London bridge clinic seems to have no one answering the door. We had leave a message on the intercome then wait for someone to exit the building to get in! We also were not given a second appointment date. Its fortunate that the therapist was able to squeeze us in or we would have had to wait another few months! The therapist was very helpful and profesional.”

Due to the Neurodiverse clients your therapist sees, her diary is managed differently. “The way the appointments are paid for is unnecessarily complex. I thought I had paid for my first appointment, when in fact all I had done was set up future payments via Paypal. Pay Now shouldn't have to be pressed more than once. Otherwise this review would be 5 stars. The support staff were professional and responded promptly to queries. The appointment itself was professional and informative. I couldn't have asked for more.”

“I thought the Doctor was approachable and friendly. He didn't try to dictate the session and listened to my concerns. He tried to suggest solutions to them and was realistic in his assessment.”

“Caroline was excellent, she allowed me to express myself in a safe environment without judgement. I feel that I have challenged many previous assumptions I had made and have an improved self awareness as a result of the treatment. Harley kept me informed of appointments, my only slight criticism was the lack of flexibility on cancellation on the one occasion I was ill on the day of the appointment.”
