“I worked with Dr Maria Vella over the last 2 years to address anxiety issues related to family relationships and problems with my self image. I came into the process with difficulties sleeping and relating to family, friends and myself. Through some difficult and direct sessions with Dr Vella, over time came trust in the process and finally the ability to acknowledge and address the underlying route causes for the first time. The result has been far better understanding, perspective and inner peace, with greater emotional stability and confidence to take on larger work and life challenges. I am grateful for her support in getting through a very difficult period.”

“A good service however experienced some problems with their payment service. Costs are not always clearly outlined so I would recommend you clarify them before embarking on a treatment program. My daughter met Dr Sohani who was very amiable. She offered a second opinion on the symptoms being experienced and gave a thorough analysis. Turn around was quick and totally worthwhile so we could decide on how best to proceed with treatment and support of our daughter.”

“Only bad thing is that you can't miss more than one session in a month. If you go away for two weeks you are charged a week's fee, which seems unfair when your therapist can go away as long as they like without paying for a service they can't receive.”

“Our therapist was very good indeed. Very perceptive, calm and clear. This was our first session and due to the child’s age it was not meant to include him. This was not clear and was confusing for him and an unecessart element of stress for him (and us) as we had to organise care for his brother who is much younger and could not be left alone in the house whilst we had the chat on zoom). Instead Sebastian ended up sitting alone downstairs. Not ideal.”
